my abs are getting better although I wasn't in the gym on tuesday and today and on Monday just for 45 mins doin body pump and spinning for 25 mins.
I have to work tomorrow for the first time and after my shift it's hardcore gym time...oh yeeess!

I'm off to a wonderful BBQ and after a long night of celebrating and dancing it's the best start in my fav month MAAAAY (Birthday month).
