quick update

Hey guys just a quit update.
So I got up early to hit the gym for two hours and after I burned 560kcal I went home, ate aaaaaaand enjoyed the sun.
 
Now I'm getting ready for a quick Shooting and hit the gym afterwards with my brother =)
 
new clothes (under armour top, h&m sportsbra and h&m Shorts) and nike 5.0 ! love them

no make up for gym time


oooooooommmmmmm


okay I really have an Obsession for under armour =)

mondays resume

helloo!!
So the resume on this beautiful monday is that I kept the Balance between eating clean and working out. So The last days I worked out for two hours and burned 1085kcal and 963kcal. The other days I just burned 400kcal. But for the first time I did my tabata session IN the gym and not secretly at home! =D
Todays my birthday and I got woonderful presents!! A loooot from under armour, nike and H&M sports.
The challenge for today is trying to eat clean. Have to endure a lunch and a big Family dinner =)

Wednesday Resume


soo,
todays workout was tough and I think a little bit too much. After Yesterdays workout I knew I have to bear the consequences so my muscles are sore today. But after a good lunch with a wonderful friend I couldn't resist hitting the gym.

So after 10minutes cardio warm up I had an all-round body pump work out.
Going home? Not an opinion!!

Spinning aaand a 30mins ab and core workout!!

Burned 1085 calories!

Back on track

Helloo

After a wonderful weekend in Ireland. I am totally relaxed and happy to get back on track for a fantastic bikini body.
After a weekend full of carbs and junk food and nooo workouts I really have to train harder and eat healthier.

Resume Wednesday

Hellooo!!
Somy week started with a looot of work and studying. After university I started workin till 11pm and after four days workin late I am ZOMBIE! I tried working out and the result is
Saturday : one hour body pump and spinning (20min)
Sunday: two rounds Tabata
Monday: one hour body pump
Tuesday : 4 rounds Tabata and 1 1/2 hours body pump and spinning
 
I really need more than two hours for my regular workout so I hope to go to the gym today to do my regular stuff! On tuesday night my girls and me gonna hit the road to Ireland. Just for the weekend.
So no workout these days. My only chance is today and tomorrow.

sunday resume

Helloooo

alright it's good workin in the gym buut ladies and gentlemen, it's really hard seeing people work out and not workin on my body.... don't like it.
So my weekend was filled with work, party and alcohol....not really the stuff I wanted to do. After this day (mother day) and my first noodles (brown ravioli filled with mushrooms) I'm getting more and more in a bad mood.
sundays resume:
breakfast :banana, oat meal, milk, coffee, crisp bread, marmelade ( over 400 cals)
lunch:brown ravioli filled with mushrooms and truffle butter (300 cals or more)
snack:2 coffees and 4 cookies(130)
dinner:uncle bens rice (199) with steak (161)
=1,190kcal


tabata 3 rounds (468)
morning workout (100)
=  568 kcal

so todays cals are = 622 (oh dear lord!!!)

without the little workout I would have had 1,190kcal.

so my goal for tomorrow is to get up at 7 and go to th gym at 8. I really hope to do it.
SOOO wish me luck

here are some inspirations from my weekend. I just went to the gym on thursday (yes that's weekend XD) and on saturday ..... And it wasn't a good workout because I just had on hour for abs and cardio. Well you see all the saying from the start are gone and now it's time to get my ambition back.

lost track.! Need to get fit

Hellooo
had a real hard week and weekend. but startet at my new job and I totally lovelove love to work at the gym. sporty all day, babes!!
But I really lost track on my healthy meals and ate a lot of bread. I think I'll start my detox programm tomorrow for two days. I think I totally gained 3 kilos.... not good.
So reboot, breath aand start new! Start better and stronger.
