sunday resume

Helloooo

alright it's good workin in the gym buut ladies and gentlemen, it's really hard seeing people work out and not workin on my body.... don't like it.
So my weekend was filled with work, party and alcohol....not really the stuff I wanted to do. After this day (mother day) and my first noodles (brown ravioli filled with mushrooms) I'm getting more and more in a bad mood.
sundays resume:
breakfast :banana, oat meal, milk, coffee, crisp bread, marmelade ( over 400 cals)
lunch:brown ravioli filled with mushrooms and truffle butter (300 cals or more)
snack:2 coffees and 4 cookies(130)
dinner:uncle bens rice (199) with steak (161)
=1,190kcal


tabata 3 rounds (468)
morning workout (100)
=  568 kcal

so todays cals are = 622 (oh dear lord!!!)

without the little workout I would have had 1,190kcal.

so my goal for tomorrow is to get up at 7 and go to th gym at 8. I really hope to do it.

here are some inspirations from my weekend. I just went to the gym on thursday (yes that's weekend XD) and on saturday ..... And it wasn't a good workout because I just had on hour for abs and cardio. Well you see all the saying from the start are gone and now it's time to get my ambition back.
