sundays resume

helloo,
this weeks resume is better than last week. really had to work EVERY day. University till four and workin from five till Eleven. yay havin fun! But I tried to work out every day. Spinning class bevor University and strength Training before work.

The weather is getting better and better every day so I also managed to hit the gym and to enjoy the sun.

but for this week: really have to eat 100% clean and work out everyday. I also have to Focus on my cardio Training =)

outdoor workout

Hey guys!

so the last days were sporty but not good enough. So I started my clean eating intense Programm  and today I'll hit the gym.

Had an outdoor session in my neeww under armour adorable clothes. Best Motivation are new sports clothes.

So I checked out some new programs and found Karena&Katrina the have wonderful pics for Motivation, meal plans and workout plans.
