lost track.! Need to get fit

Hellooo
had a real hard week and weekend. but startet at my new job and I totally lovelove love to work at the gym. sporty all day, babes!!
But I really lost track on my healthy meals and ate a lot of bread. I think I'll start my detox programm tomorrow for two days. I think I totally gained 3 kilos.... not good.
So reboot, breath aand start new! Start better and stronger.
