sunday resume

Helloo,

so here are just some pics from yesterdays workout:

10 min cardio warm up
30 min body pump
30 min bike (whooop reached 312 calories) =)
BUUURN Baby BUURN =)

oh yes. Let me see you sweat =)

after workout really tired but happy

over 300 calories

Oh yeess alcohol free!

really think about doing BodyBeast...!!

after my wonderful workout I ate aaaaa looot so I just had 185 calories left... not good =( but really trying my best to eat healthy.

So today no carbs and I just finished 4 rounds of tabata so I just burned over 312 calories... wooooop
