Day 1

Good Morning everybody,

First Day First Step! I decided to start a new Blog to motivate myself living healthier. Eat clean train mean! That's my new philosophy.
To see all those good looking and well trained girls is hard and my goal is to look like one of them.
I'm gonna write down every step of my new lifestyle. Of course I'm not a fitness or nutrition specialist but I'll give my best to train right and eat good.
No alcohol, no cigarettes, train as much as I can, and prepare every meal by myself. No junkfood and less carbs.

It's time for some Bikini Bootcamp and start my new healthy way!

Todays goal is to get my lazy ass out of bed and after a hard party night it's gym time.


Training shedule for today:

10 min Cardio , 30 min Body Pump and 30 min spinning
