sporty week

my sporty week is almost over. today is my cheating day.

had a big big breakfast and after that my lunch was also nooot really small. =D

I'm also having a restday because of a night of cramps in my calf.

my eating Habit got a lil bit better but I really have to get better in planning. More discipline!!!

Kick Start!

Hello everyone,
really and totally lost track on my workout and Nutrition.... 2 weeks of vacation in greece and Italy and now someone Special in my life is wonderful for the Soul but not for my Body ;)

I had my first cycling session yesterday and I am thinking about taking another class today. I really want to do more cardio to lose some Kilos.

Also my eating Habits are back to Zero and maybe worst =( so from now on I getting back on track.

sundays resume

helloo,
this weeks resume is better than last week. really had to work EVERY day. University till four and workin from five till Eleven. yay havin fun! But I tried to work out every day. Spinning class bevor University and strength Training before work.

The weather is getting better and better every day so I also managed to hit the gym and to enjoy the sun.

but for this week: really have to eat 100% clean and work out everyday. I also have to Focus on my cardio Training =)
